The following Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all paid Membership Subscription.

We are interested in working with serious individuals who want to be a success. If you are a person that likes to subscribe for membership and ask for refunds please move on to something else. We do not want to waste your time or our time because this results in our serious and hard working subscribers not getting the attention they deserve.

1. REFUND POLICY FOR MEMBERSHIP

Monthly and Yearly membership fees are non-refundable and are charged automatically on each renewal date (i.e. monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the month. Upon cancellation, your Membership will expire immediately. We highly suggest to cancel your account the day before it expires. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation are not refundable. To cancel your Membership, you will need to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account directly.

2. RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your Monthly Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your membership will become INACTIVE. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through.

Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your subscription. You will be notified via PayPal of each renewal.

If you have a Monthly Membership and fail to renew your membership within 30 days of its expiration, your membership will be suspended and will only revert to Monthly membership when you renew.

1. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

1. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Membership on BusinessCreater.com, and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so cancel at any time. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Automatically renewing VIP Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire immediately. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

2. Cancelling an Automatically Renewing Subscription Purchased with PayPal

If you purchased a VIP Membership through PayPal that is automatically renewing and would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account directly.

1. Recurring Payment Cancellation Subscription Purchased with a Credit or Debit Card or PayPal

Recurring payment systems run on a specific schedule. Please cancel your Membership at least 24-hours before you expect your renewal to take place to prevent unwanted charges.

3. Membership Cancelled Due To Violation

If the membership has been canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement. Subscription Fees for a Monthly and Yearly Membership purchased on our website will be terminated and not be refunded

5. MODIFICATIONS
